We do wish you had shared any concerns with us during your stay, as we never received any indication that there were issues. Because of that, we were surprised and a bit disappointed that we didn’t receive a higher rating, especially since communication is so important to us and we work hard to provide a five-star experience for all of our guests. We were honestly shocked and very disappointed to read this review, especially since none of these concerns were communicated to us during your stay aside from the request for a cutting board, which we immediately offered to bring over but the offer was declined. Had we been made aware of any of the other issues, we would have gladly worked to address them right away. We also want to clarify for future guests that there are no indoor cameras anywhere in the home. Any exterior security cameras are fully disclosed in the listing in accordance with VRBO policies and are used strictly for property security and guest safety. The home’s temperature controls are also adjustable within a standard comfort range for guest use. We take guest safety and cleanliness very seriously and have not previously received complaints regarding odors, slippery rugs, or visibility in the shower, but we will still review everything carefully out of an abundance of caution. As hosts, we always strive to provide a comfortable experience and maintain open communication throughout every stay. We truly wish these concerns had been brought to our attention while you were at the property so we could have had the opportunity to help.
