Cozy Retreat Near Pikes Peak & Downtown
This clean, bright and open home is centrally located and gives you easy access to Downtown, Garden of the Gods and many other attractions in the Pikes Peak Region! There’s plenty of free parking on-site, and it’s within walking distance to shops and dining options!
The landscaping of this home has been Xeriscaped and offers a privately fenced patio area to welcome you for grilling, dining, or just relaxing and taking in the stars!
From the main entry to this home by the driveway, you’ll enter a LARGE, squeaky-clean kitchen which offers Granite Counters, Stainless Steel appliances (a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven and a microwave). Any necessary cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses etc. are already stocked in the kitchen and waiting for your arrival. To the right of the kitchen is a spacious dining area that will comfortably seat 6 people. The living room is on the left of the kitchen with spacious, comfortable seating, and a 42” flat-screen Roku tv to stream all your favorite entertainment over the high-speed Wi-Fi.
On the other side of the living room, you’ll find a sleek and modern bathroom situated between the 2 bedrooms which have been equipped with your comfort in mind. The bedroom on the left features a Queen-sized bed, and the room to the right has a King bed, it's own Roku enabled TV and a built-in desk (should your trip not be all for play). Both beds have memory foam mattresses, fresh linens and are ready and waiting for you to pull them open and fall into!
This wonderful home is clean, stylish and provides for all your daily living needs! All linens and towels are supplied for your visit as well as all the normal necessities such as a hair dryer, clothes iron, soaps, etc. The kitchen is well stocked for the nights you prefer to stay in to cook, while there's also quick access to nearby restaurants & lounges for the nights that you're just not feelin' it- and want to grab a quick dinner & drink or to socialize.
The private driveway may be a bit tight for larger pickups and SUVs to use- but we have reserved parking available for these larger vehicles (including your RV) which is located directly behind the home and has quick access through a gate leading directly into the backyard. For those that prefer to park in the driveway, we’ve left an area in the backyard that you’re welcome to use for turning your vehicle around when exiting.

You will have the entire home to yourself!
This home offers keyless entry, Wi-Fi, Central A/C and laundry facilities in the unfinished basement.
There is a motion sensing light and security camera that is located on the back of the house and is facing towards the parking areas. They are on and operational. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons and in no way infringes upon your expectations of privacy in the public areas of this property.
PETS: Up to 2 dogs are welcome to stay at this home for an additional fee of $49 a week (per pet). Please note that while the patio area is fully fenced, it doesn’t connect to any of the doors to the house- so you’ll need a leash to get your pet back and forth to the fenced area. All animals must be disclosed and approved before checking in. We ask that you clean up any waste your pet leaves and dispose of it- additional cleaning fees will apply if you leave it behind.
