Location and space was great for the week that we stayed in the area. Everything we did was a short trip from this property beaches, food, and other destinations. Would stay again.

This rental is super cute and super nice and the only reason I gave it a 4 star is because we ran out of propane or the barbecuer and also on the fire pit so we were not able to utilize those.and the beds are not very comfortable and but it is a beautiful home and I would diffently stay there in the future and recommend it. The host is super responsive and friendly and willing to address any concern so that is awesome.

AC is only in the livingroom, so you can’t close the bedroom doors if you want AC. No screens on the bedroom windows. Very small, very dusty overhead fan in one bedroom, no fan in the other bedroom.Beds are thin with broken springs.Had to call host for second check-in code, as the first didn’t work. We arrived to a broken bathroom floor tile and broken blinds in one bedroom. Communication with host was difficult.

The property was as described. We had an issue with the AC at the beginning of our stay that was ultimately remedied by the host though took some time as the AC unit needed to be recharged. Largest bonus to the property was the on-site parking and hot tub. Though parking in the neighborhood is free it was nice to have a designated spot. Only thing to note for the next traveler (which I missed in description since I thought this was the norm) there is no microwave at the property which is not necessarily great for families with small kids. Neighborhood was great. Walkable to amenities.

The house and grounds were immaculately clean. The overall feel of the property and amenities is of comfortable fun luxury. The hot tub was perfectly heated and so clean yet not overly chemical...I may have started ed too long in the hot tub a few times. Such a great property to escape to. The neighborhood was really friendly and I always felt safe and welcome. I will, undoubtedly stay here again in the future.
