Mickey's Sunset Villa is the perfect vacation home for the more discerning visitor. If you are looking for a first-class villa on a gated community close to all the major attractions that central Florida has to offer (ten minutes from Walt Disney World® shopping and dining experiences), then don't miss this amazing opportunity. The home is situated in the gate guarded subdivision of Formosa Gardens on a large lot with fabulous lake side position and oversized pool deck capturing the sun all day long. The large pool has a beach area at one end and a jacuzzi at the other, with sun loungers and plentiful seating/dining areas around the pool deck, it is hard not to just want to spend all your vacation in this idyllic spot. Guests are also provided with a large gas grill to enjoy al fresco dining whilst embracing the warm balmy evenings that Florida offers. Once you enter the front door, you can immediately feel that this home is special. Beautifully decorated and appointed throughout it offers a large family room with breakfast nook, large fully equipped kitchen and separate formal dining area. There are seven bedrooms, four of which are King master suites (three located on the first floor and one on the second floor) with one further King bedroom on the second floor sharing a bathroom with a Star Wars double twin bunk themed bedroom. Additionally, there is a further Mickey themed twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom which also serves as a pool bathroom on the first floor. This 7-bedroom, 6 bath home is the perfect getaway for the whole family, multi-generational or for a larger group of friends, accommodating up to 16 people. The garage has been beautifully converted to a theater room and there are laundry facilities on-site too. Pool & Spa heat is optional, and an additional fee applies. Regret no pets or smoking.
