The home is situated in the gate guarded subdivision of Formosa Gardens on a large lot with fabulous lake side position and oversized pool deck capturing the sun all day long. The large pool has a beach area at one end and a jacuzzi at the other, with sun loungers and plentiful seating/dining areas around the pool deck, it is hard not to just want to spend all your vacation in this idyllic spot. Guests are also provided with a large gas grill to enjoy al fresco dining whilst embracing the warm balmy evenings that Florida offers.
