It is a very cozy place. Its location is excellent, very close to stores and restaurants and about 15 minutes drive to Downtown. The beds are very comfortable and it has a complete and convenient kitchen which made our stay even more comfortable and easier stay. The communication with the host was excellent, he was always available to answer our questions. I recommend this place 100%.
Incredibly clean and safe. Was stocked with all the essentials. So quaint and cute! So close to everything yet away enough to enjoy the night sky in the balcony. My children loved the apartment and felt right at home. Truly one of the best apartments we have ever stayed during our travels.
Very comfortable place. Nicely kept and host always responded to emails. The place was nicely kept with an elegance to the unit. I recommend this unit and would stay there again.
This was a gorgeous condo! 14 foot ceilings and incredible design elements. I loved it and will stay again. It is in a great part of town and we were enchanted. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was amazing. What a space! A total treasure.
Beautiful decor; and it was so welcoming. It was very fitting for a true New Orleans vibe! In addition to the truly personalized decor that absolutely did not feel like a rental, this home/apartment had everything you would ever need including plenty of supplies for the kitchen and bathroom! Primary bedroom bed was very comfortable! And we made good use of the balcony for breakfast each morning! I hope to stay here again or at least at one of this host’s other properties on our next visit! Host is so responsive and this was one of the smoothest and easiest check-in’s and departures ever! Five stars!
This place was a perfect landing spot in the garden district. Be prepared for some fan noise from downstairs but it was more like white noise so didn’t interrupt our slumber. Great communication from the host and a really nice place, beautifully decorated. Would stay there again.
A wonderful apartment, beautifully decorated in a great location, steps from shops and restaurants on Magazine Street. Would highly recommend, and be more than happy to stay here again on our next visit to NOLA. Greg and family

Thank you so much, Greg! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay and found our apartment to be a great fit for your family. We can’t wait to welcome you back on your next visit to NOLA! Safe travels until then!
The apartment was stunning, comfortable beds, but drinking my morning coffee on the balcony was perhaps my favorite. Easy walk to the streetcar, just a couple blocks up Felicity. The internet was probably the only problem with the property, it was in and out all week to the point it was unusable and when I reached out to the host it took several hours before we heard back.
I was in NOLA for a conference at the convention center. This unit is in a great location, and it was easy to get around the city. My sister & I walked around the neighborhood a few times and enjoyed the shops on Magazine St. The Mexican restaurant below the unit is a great place for lunch or dinner (& take-out margaritas). It’s a very clean and comfortable apartment! I would definitely stay in this unit again. The hosts answered questions quickly, were friendly and easy to work with!
Great location — walk to wonderful dining and shopping, the neighborhood is a perfect blend of quiet but lively. Very cute style and a well-outfitted apartment for your NOLA home away from home! Bring earplugs as there is a loud buzzing sound (probably fans or other machinery elsewhere in the building) that runs off and on all night.
This was a great apartment in a nice location. We were able to park on the street very easily and were centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Hosts were very helpful and accessible. Would recommend.
I came down with 3 friends for the week. The apartment was fantastic! So clean and the location was amazing. We walked up and down magazine street several times. I would definitely stay here again.
Loved this place! Fantasic location. Quiet sleep despite being in the center of everything Magazine St has to offer. Short walk to restaurants, coffee, and kocal shopping! The condo was clean, well appointed, and comfortable.
The place is gorgeous! Had all the amenities of home. The bed was super comfortable. Loved having a balcony. Private parking in safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Apartment was great; clean, spacious, well-appointed. Great location. Shower pressure was very weak, but overall great.Lower review score is because of the balcony and sound from neighbors. Balcony: Table was broken with pieces strewn about. It took over 9 hours for mgmt to reply, and two days and more emails before a replacement table was delivered. It was delivered dirty and no clean-up of broken pieces on balcony. Shade shown in photos was not available. On day three an umbrella was delivered for the new table. We had booked the unit in large part for enjoyment of the balcony, so we were frustrated. If it’s too difficult to coordinate purchase and delivery of a table and umbrella on day 1, mgmt might be stretched too thin.Neighbors: First 4 nights the renters next door were great - two couples with babies. We met downstairs and discussed quiet hours and everyone was happy. Final night were partiers who were so loud and obnoxious - all night long. We got zero sleep.Overall - mgmt did resolve table and umbrella but only after multiple emails, and the fact that no one swept up the broken table bits on the balcony, and didn’t wipe down the table they delivered (it was filthy), reflects a lack of care I consider to be reasonable expectation.
Overall we had a really good stay. The location was safe and close to everything. The AC was very cold which was awesome for a late July early August. The beds were very comfortable as well. There are stairs. So if you have a problem with mobility. Climbing up stairs and down , the condo is not ideal for you. The wifi did not work the entire time. I contacted the house twice. No response. I had to use my mobile Hotspot to watch TV at night. Its not a deal breaker. But it should have been easily addressed and it wasn't. We parked the car and never used it until we left days later. Uber/Lyft were easy to catch and not too expensive for a ride to the FQ. We really enjoyed walking down Magazine going into shops and close proximity to really great restaurants. We really enjoyed the stay and we would stay here again.
