Everything was perfect for my and my boyfriend's first trip to San Diego! Beautiful place, inside and out. We loved relaxing in the private yard, lighted and decorated beautifully, and the inside was just as lovely and cozy. Very courteous and responsive host, we couldn't be more pleased We'd absolutely stay here again!

The whole experience was great. The host is most attentive and accommodating. The location is great--easy to hop on the freeway. The location itself is great...especially the outdoor space.

This was a staycation for us. We needed to vacate our local home for termite tenting for two days with our little dog, the Fatsip Bungalow was perfect! We were able to make ourselves at home, our dog LOVED the little yard. The location is excellent, we went for walks in the morning and evening. There are lots of yummy restaurants near by. Hostess Judy provided so many amenities. We highly recommend staying here.

What a pleasant stay at the bungalow! This is a fun place that had everything we needed as well as a great part of San Diego -University City. Judy's hospitality was wonderful, making sure we had everything we needed including our dogs. She had dog bowls and some toys for them. Beside the fun, artsy decor we really liked the convenience of the yard and patio. So nice sitting out there. The neighborhood is also very nice and walkable. We hope to stay here during another visit to San Diego. Thank you for the great memories, Judy!

Relaxing Retreat For 2

We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy cottage filled with beautiful art pieces. The bed was comfy and the outdoor space was delightful! Our little dog enjoyed her time there too. Parking is a premium in SD so having a dedicated spot is a real plus. The location is great, close to freeway access and to restaurants in Hillcrest, University and Normal Heights. The host is wonderful and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful spacious bungalow with private garden! Very quiet space in a lovely residential neighborhood. The place is in university heights with so many great restaurants and cafes in walking distance . Also you can access the hopping hillcrest neighborhood by a footbridge just a few blocks away from the bungalow. The place is beautifully decorated with local art. Clean and stocked with the basics. I stayed here for a week and hope to stay again next time in San Diego.

My wife, the dog, and I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this bungalow. We like older houses, and this one did not disappoint us. The oak flooring, the window trim, and the older style of cabinets allowed us to feel very comfortable. The small garden area in back made the dog feel at home, as well. An outdoor seating area with shade was very pleasant in the light breeze. The artwork done by the host's husband added a California feel to the place. As for parking, as long as you do not have a large pickup, you should not have a problem. You can always ask the host whether your vehicle will fir or not. Best of all was the host. She was always quick to answer our questions, and she made you feel as if you had been friends of hers for years. My wife, the dog, and I highly recommend this bungalow for your stay in San Diego.
