The house is great, but the AC doesnt work best in the first floor rooms. We had to share rooms upstairs due to the AC not working properly. The owner responded to our issue but the problem did not get any better. Anyway, great property near parks and everything else works perfectly.

Thank you for the perfect score and for the honest feedback, Rolando. 🙏 We take full responsibility here. Our team responded during your stay, but responding isn't the same as resolving, and it clearly fell short of what you should have experienced. We've since brought in a specialist to look at it properly rather than treat it as a quick fix, because a comfortable night's sleep isn't something we're willing to compromise on. We're grateful you still found so much to enjoy, and we'd genuinely welcome the chance to host you again and get it right from the start. 🌴

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable, but the pillows are quite high so if you like them lower and squishier, you should bring your own. The house was extremely clean and quiet in a nice neighborhood. There is shopping and restaurants close by and Disney was about 10-15 minutes away, depending on traffic. Universal is about a 30 minute drive, also depending on traffic. The pool is smaller than I expected, which wasn’t a big deal because we spent almost the entire time at the parks and there is community pool just around the corner. I loved that we didn’t have to do much before we left - no bed stripping, no starting laundry, etc. - so it felt like a true vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

We'll also take your note on the pillows on board so future guests have even more options to choose from. 😊 We can't wait to welcome you back! 🌴
