Tucked in a quiet corner of Stonington Borough, the house has panoramic ocean views, lots of natural light, private access to a dock for boats up to 15ft, and mooring rights for larger boats. It also has a master suite with a balcony, 3 remodeled bathrooms, a large deck, a gas fireplace, and an outdoor shower. The house is a short walk from coffee shops, antique stores, restaurants, and quaint borough beaches OR just a quick drive in the car to downtown Mystic or Westerly's open ocean beaches. $4000 monthly rental fee includes all expenses, including all utilities.
