This lovingly remodeled 1959 two-bedroom home combines vintage charm with modern comfort, creating the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of the coast. Wake up to the soothing sound of Gulf waves and spend your days surrounded by nature - sea oat-covered dunes swaying in the breeze, pelicans diving overhead, and dolphins playing just offshore.

Mellow Yellow was perfect. So clean, new, and beautiful. Had everything we needed and more. I loved that it was right on the beach, had a beautiful pool, and was one level (for my aging father). Marie was so organized and responsive. I didn’t want to leave!

This place was spotless. I feel like we were the first ones to use everything it was so clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking dishes. The view of the beach was heaven, you walk out the back door over a few stepping stones and paradise awaits you. It’s truly your private beach. The pool was amazing with more than plenty enough of furniture. A nice shaded deck to sit under. Everything was perfect. I can’t even express how perfect this house is. We will be back for sure. Beach chairs, beach towels all provided. Get this house. We had a family of 4 but would sleep and house 6 comfortably. Marie the host was amazing and checked in on us.
