Mountaintop, modern chalet with breathtaking views, central heat/AC, 3 bedrooms, swimming pond & dock, fire pit, 2 decks, peaceful trails on 30acres with the Catskills' largest Oak tree. Fantastic location on Red Kill Ridge which looks out on BOTH Belleayre AND Plattekill ski resorts, and is situated exactly in the middle between Margaretville (9mins), Roxbury (12mins), Fleischmanns (7mins). Belleayre is 9mins to the slopes & Plattekill 12 mins, Frost Valley Camp bus 12 mins away in Big Indian. Enjoy the best hikes, food, and wedding venues in the Catskills. Swimming pond is private to the property and only shared with owners, who rarely use it but will inform guests in advance if so.

This is the most beautiful part of the Catskills. It is high, serene, and feels more like Southern Appalachia where Stephan grew upon than the Eastern Catskills, and yet it is just over 2 hours from NYC, with a mix of all kinds of people that make this country diverse and welcoming.
