Enjoy lazy days watching the river go by, fishing, bird watching, taking a dip in the hot tub and a swim in the pool. Great floor plan for family gatherings and weekend retreats. Whiskeytown Lake and Lake Shasta are just minutes away. Master suite w/new marble bath. Three additional bedrooms. Two with a queen-size bed, one with 2 queen beds. Hall bathroom w/shower over tub, recently remodeled. New T.V and cable installed in master as well as living room. Wifi internet available. I rented the River House for us to stay after my grandkids 8th grade graduation. The pictures accurately represent the property. Beautiful views along the Sacramento River. Peaceful, but close to shops & restaurants. Spacious too. Molly was able to answer some minor questions we had in a timely manner. Fun family time.

Peaceful and relaxing

We had a wedding in town. Took some great pictures on the back patios. Did a little fishing, caught my first rainbow trout. And spent a lot of family time in the pool. We will definitely be back.
