• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL

- The pool heat is NOT included in your stay
- Pool heat fee: $40/night
- Pool heat is only available for the entire stay
-Must be requested 48h in advance.
-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and will not work in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
-The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

The townhome was fine there was a few small issues that were addressed quickly. When we reached out to Giane she responded quickly and fixed anything needed. Pool was great grankids enjoyed it. Only criticism I have would be with Bella vida ground crew. Cleanliness around the lake was lacking lacking.
