Great place for family

The home was clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend this unit to everyone. It is close to Disney parks and lot of food options.

Perfect for us!

Our family stayed here while in Orlando for granddaughter’s volleyball tournament. Other families stayed in same community making this location very convenient. It was a bit of home away from home.

Orlando Summer Family Trip

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were big enough. I really loved the fact there were enough bathrooms for everyone and each child also had their own bed. We weren't there a lot but it was comfortable and inviting at night. The community was safe and gated. The pool was small but my children still enjoyed playing in it. The kitchen had every accommodation needed. The fridge was leaking on arrival but we put down a towel and it was ok afterwards. The host responded in a timely manner and access was very easy and a smooth process.

Bellavida Kissimmee

House need a little bit of improvements. Old furniture in the rooms. Carpets need to be clean. We saw roaches in the kitchen and first floor bathroom. The AC turns off at midnight, which means there is no air circulating during the night. We were seven people and it was difficult to breathe.

Clean and dependable

From start to finish our stay was wonderful. The size of the two rooms upstairs were a little smaller than we thought. Each of the two rooms has a trundle bed, but when used, the door can’t open fully. Recommend getting bunk beds for those rooms. We loved that the property had plenty of dishes and cooking wear. On a personal note, my family’s flight was canceled and American Airlines unfortunately would not give us a hotel room for the night. Thankfully, Ugo had the property available for us to rent another night at such short notice. Thank you Ugo for your hospitality. If we are in Florida in that area again, we will definitely rent from him again.
