We loved our stay here and especially enjoyed the time together as a family. I will say, the bottom floor is MUCH BETTER than advertised! It’s spacious, lovely, and perfect! We dealt with Kelly was is absolutely amazing!!!!!!

Relaxation after a family wedding

Beautiful clean home with plenty of room for everyone! Very peaceful setting and loved the hot tub, fire pit & game room. Also, easy boat rental nearby. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful Lake House for Family Reunion

This is a beautiful property we enjoyed immensely. Selected for location right on Lake Norman and proximity to family. Mature trees shade the house, and the water inlet is protected from lake boat traffic keeping the property a cool and quiet retreat. Appliance issue could have been resolved more quickly.

Accommodating for the whole family

The Tuscany Villa was tastefully decorated. There was something for everyone to do. The game room was in a detached garage and most time was spent in there. The house was big enough that we older folks could stay on the main level and not hear the kids in the basement. The hot tub was wonderful! Only thing lacking is a bathroom in the upstairs (3rd floor).

We rented the same property last year at this time. There was no heat. We communicated, and the heat issue was resolved before arrival. This year the weather in Charlotte was very warm during our stay. We tried to adjust the heat by using the AC. The AC did not work. We reached out to the home team and were told to open the windows. This was not acceptable. We opened the windows, and mosquitoes came in, so we had to get a fan. Nice people, but when you have a full house, it can be very uncomfortable.

We had a great stay in the Lakefront Villa! The house was clean and well maintained! The hot tub was a great treat, too!There was plenty of room for all! Kelly was a great host who while not onsite was proactive in her communication and responded quickly to our needs.The roads are very quite and safe to take walks on.
