We had such an amazing weekend. The house was not only beautiful, but clean, organized, and family-friendly. It meant the world to us to be able to bring our dog to enjoy one last snowy VT ski weekend. All instructions were clear and easy to follow, the owners wrote back to any questions immediately. We would love to spend more weekends here next winter! My dad and I both grew up skiing Bromley, so it was special to have three generations skiing there all at once. Location to the mountain couldn’t be more convenient.

We first crossed paths during our college days in Albany, NY, where we still live and work today. Our second date was unforgettable - a spontaneous adventure to Southern Vermont on a crisp autumn day. We decided on a whim to try Bromley’s alpine slide, made a stop at the Peru Fair, and then drove along Highway 100 to visit The Vermont Country Store. Our day concluded with dinner in Manchester, and the rest, as they say, is history.

We’ve often returned to the Manchester area. For many years, Stratton Mountain was our go-to family ski destination. Hiking and skiing, along with various outlets and excellent dining options, has made Manchester and Southern Vermont a cherished spot and memorable retreat.
