Beautiful house and great lakefront property. All the kitchen equipment needed for family vacation cooking. Great layout with room for activities and meals. Our kids especially loved the “window beds” upstairs and swimming off the dock. Highly recommend for big or multi-family groups.

Our family of 11 enjoyed our stay. If quiet and relaxation is what you desire, you’ve hit the right place; we were there early August from Sat-Thurs and felt like we were the only ones around. We saw very few other people or boats. There were a lot of games and books at the house. It was clean and welcoming.Cons: Only 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person are provided. No towels for swimmingOnly 1 dish towel; we were doing laundry all the time! Funny that there were literally 43 dinner plates and an equal number of lunch plates…I counted themFaulty swing - Our 13 year old grandson flipped over on the swing at the dock; it could have ended very badly. We had 2 medical doctors in our family and they were both scared. There was absolutely no rough-housing. The fulcrum point is too low on the swing which promotes tipping over backwards so we removed it and set it aside. Part of the problem was that it was too close to the shore and should have been over deeper water.No laundry detergent; just Borax which is a detergent boosterWe were instructed to put all trash in bags and in the garbage can. Only 1 can in addition to a small one for recyclables. A family of 11 generates quite a bit of trash and the can was half full when we arrived. The info in the welcome book suggested taking extra trash to a site 20 minutes away. Nope! This is a very nice property and the dock is amazing. If the hosts remedy the “cons” I’d not think twice about returning.
