Beautiful place. Small but everything you need and more. Great coffee, great location for kayaking on the springs or swimming with the manatees. Everything felt new and clean. Hosts were super friendly, accommodating, and responded quickly. Highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful time. The property is as pictured. The boys fished while we paddled in the springs for our time there. We launched from Weeki Wachee state park and we were able to float down stream back to the house. The home was very clean and comfortable and has everything you need. The host was very responsive. We would book this spot again. If you love the springs and be g outdoors but still want a clean comfy place to stay this is it!

We had such a wonderful stay in your waterfront home. You made the space so incredibly comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing. We had gorgeous day kayaking on the beautiful Weeki Wachee River and swimming in the warm clear water—it was such a fun and beautiful experience. After a full day of paddling, the outdoor space was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful afternoon nap. Everything about the stay made it easy to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. The host communicated extremely well and made check in very easy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Weeki Wachee. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED! I stayed here with my two kids during their spring break and we had the best time. This is the sweetest property in a great location. Jamison and Rachel are excellent hosts who have thought through all the little details. Even though the weather ended up being colder than we had initially expected, we were still able to make the best of our trip and filled our days with kayaking, fishing from the dock, and roasting marshmallows over the firepit. This was the perfect way to spend a few days in nature and making priceless memories with my children! Thank you, Jamison and Rachel!

Beautiful home with exceptional cleanliness, comfortable beds, awesome nespresso machine, cute décor and high-quality kayaks that made exploring the water a highlight. The outdoor spaces are well designed, peaceful, and perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. The property is well maintained and thoughtfully set up, making the entire stay smooth, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed getaway. Kayaking up stream on the river torwards the weeki state park was breathtaking but the current is very strong to paddle against. We only made it so far before turning around and cruising the current back. Definitely coming back to explore more of the area. The owner was excellent at communicating throughout the experience.
