Organic Farm Cottage near Penn State

2 bedrooms, 1 bath with tub, fully equiped kitchen, large living room and dining area. Private yard and parking area at base of mountain on 120-acre organic farm with fresh mountain spring water, trails and campfire ring. During the growing season, guests may inquire about fresh vegetables and eggs from the farm.

Guests have access to some areas of the farm property and laundry area shared with other residents.

Guests should be aware that it is a working farm with other guests and rental units at the property.

Cottage rental is the main house unit. There is a small 1-bedroom lower-level unit in rear of building. Units have completely separate and private entrances, yards and parking areas.
