Very nice and spacious condo. The furniture and bed were very comfortable and the balcony was wonderful for morning coffee. The host, Amy, was very helpful and accommodating. Lovely place to stay overall!! The decor was great and everything was comfortable. All details were well thought out, so fun, and condo had everything we needed.We walked to Germantown area, but chose ride share for trips downtown. The neighborhood itself was a bit rougher. You can tell they are working on it. Just a few blocks away it was much cleaner and more developed.We especially appreciated the parking which was secure and spacious.

Property and location felt safe and secure. Clean and fun room with Nashville iconic decor and amenities - nice touch with turntable and record albums featuring Nashville recording artists! We enjoyed the outside deck, view of the Cumberland River and watercraft traffic - barges and riverboat and small craft! My wife would normally prefer a scenic setting with trees and mountain ranges and maybe elk and birds of prey. But she really enjoyed the industrial setting along with its activity and the draw bridge was a surprising and intriguing bonus. Great, hassle-free experience!!!
