Beautifully updated like new one bedroom , one bath upstairs condo with wood and tile style flooring. Rustic furniture and paintings gives it that wild west feeling. Flat screen tv in living room and flat screen tv in bedroom. All with a fully functioning kitchen . Ac in summer and electric heat baseboards in winter. Balcony has a table and two chairs to sit outside to enjoy the summer cool breezes. Right outside condo is a gas grill and gazebo. Pool is temporarily closed.
Check for details. Condo has a dedicated reserved parking space for your convenience. This is the owner's personal Ruidoso retreat, so it has a lot of Pride in Ownership. Receive 5% discount on stays 7 days or longer thru out the year off our already great low rates. Ask about early check ins and late check outs.

Small yet cozy

The check in process was extremely easy. Cleanliness was on point and it was super cozy! Quiet even though by HWY 70. The pool is clean and had a private feeling as well. Price was expected and we enjoyed every bit of our stay!

Our host was extremely accommodating in helping us with a last minute reservation request, and the condo was.nicely furnished and very clean. Our son enjoyed the pool, and the resort laundry facilities were very helpful. About the same price as a nice hotel, but with a lovely kitchen and homey feeling. We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed the place. It is so pretty there and very quiet considering there were a lot of people. We would definitely stay there again. Only complaint we had is that the a/c doesn't cool enough. Will recommend it to others.

Ruidoso respite

Very typical two-story, older condo. Clean and well maintained. Great location between the racetrack and Mid-Town. Best part was the almost nightly herd of wild/feral horses in the parking lot.

Perfect getaway vacation spot

I'm going to start off by saying we had the most enjoyable experience and the great pleasure of working with a very business friendly owner. He went well out of his way to make our vacation a moment to remember. I will absolutely be using this site again as well as renting the condo next time I visit. So thankful for all the wonderful customer service we were provided and will be recommending this condo for family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay the place was clean and well stocked Everything was as described owner was easy to deal with. unfortunately we probably won't return because the stairs were hard for my wife to no fault of the owner though we just didn't know but we highly recommend to other travelers who don't have any challenges

Great clean little place for a small group

I love the chill environment, and the fact that it had a pool nights are very fresh and quiet was able to leave a sliding glass door and windows open to cool the night down. My only quirk with this whole trip is the AC did not put out no cold air. I would go back again if it had a brand new unit, all in all cozy little place. Liar.

Robert was kind and prompt with his communication. Other than beautiful furniture and art in the living area, the property was run down and in need of updates. Steps up to the condo and the slanted landing would be dangerous for an older or infirm person. We locked the security door and front door before going to bed and both were wide open when we woke up. Nothing was stolen. There are no drapes, rugs or bathmats, making the condo lack warmth. No spare toilet paper or tissues. Gaps in the laminate flooring collected dirt, tub needed grout, just lots of cosmetic, easily reparable details that add up and affect the overall quality of the property. Bed was old and uncomfortable, pillows were flat. I know the owners are recovering from fires and floods so I’d rather not be unkind, but these are details I’d have liked to know before renting at this price point.

We live in Las Cruces NM. just a short drive from Ruidoso of about 110 miles. We love the mountains and the convenience of having a small place to go and enjoy the cool air in the summers and the skiing in the winter. We are avid skiers and love the dancing, hiking , horseback riding, and mountain biking.

Why they chose this property

Super area with so many activities to do in the winter, fall , spring , and summer. There is usually always something going on. This spacious one bedroom, one bath was just perfect for us. We remodeled it with new cabinets, flooring, counter tops, and fresh paint with nice rustic décor. Resort has the amenities of a indoor pool, hottub, outside grills and gazebo

What makes this property unique

Nice upstairs unit with one wall to the outside and at the end of the resort for a little more privacy. Next door is also an owner unit who is there most of the year. Nice little balcony that you can sit on and relax and watch the thunderstorms come thru the valley
