The home was great and the pool was wonderful. We just had a few surprises. Towels were provided but they didn’t provide wash clothes so we had to go and purchase some. We were not told about the one time 25 parking card fee until we checked in. We received the detailed check-in instructions after we had already checked in. For the most part, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the pool. We also enjoyed and appreciated the welcoming gift. I would stay again.

Condo was perfect for our stay in Orlando to Disney. Couches were a little small and dated, but otherwise it was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

We took our toddler for his first visit to Disney World and stayed in this house with all of our family. The amenities were ample and the house included a welcome kit to get us started. Our stay was welcoming and cozy, and value for the cost was excellent!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The pool was a huge highlight very clean and well maintained. The host was responsive and made everything easy. Highly recommend for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

Great place to stay

We truly loved our stay. Easy check-in. House was very spacious and the beds were more comfortable than any high end hotel. Note there is an addtional 25 fee for the gate key.

Loved the property. Spent all the days at the parks, so only used it for sleeping. Close and convenient to everything. Clean, spacious, just what we were wanting. 5+ Stars!

Great Stay

The unit is like a large condo/townhouse. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Only one bedroom has its own bathroom. It fully furnished with a good supply of cooking and eating utensils. The pool is small with an OK seating area. You have to pay $100 to heat the pool and the grill had a lock on it. There were 4 of us and we were comfortable. Overall it’s a good value option vs a hotel.

Cute house !

We loved staying here ! The pool was delightful, the house was everything we needed and the owner was very responsive. I was disappointed that the online listing said it was less than 3 miles to ESPN which is where we were going. It was actually closer to 8 which made a difference in the commuting every day. There were a couple of small details that our host immediately corrected. I wish there was a speaker by the pool but other that that it was great !!

Last Minute Trip

Booked Terra Verde Resort as a last minute spring break trip for 2 adults & 2 kids. Getting to resort is easy, check in was a breeze. House was spacious for the 4 of us. Furniture seemed newer/nice. Kitchen was fully equipped (minus hot pads) and had a starter kit for garbage bags/dish washer pods. I'd say the place definitely needs a good deep cleaning and a solid maintenance update (caulk on top of caulk, burned out light bulbs, paint,). Resort itself was ok. Location was good, traffic never really an issue. Resort pool was nice, tiki hut was stocked with beverages and food. Game room was a disappointment, as most of the games either didn't work or weren't working properly.
