The living room offers an additional full bed for extra guests. Enjoy the tranquil surroundings and unwind in this fabulous retreat. Enjoy, relax and take in the view from the large deck. With amenities like AC, iron, and washer/dryer, your stay will be stress-free. The bathroom comes equipped with a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience. Please park on the right side of the driveway just before the hill and before the culvert. You can use the wagon to transfer luggage or drive up and unload. Be careful on the driveway slope.

I was born in Grand Junction and raised in Alaska. The USGS brought my family to Alaska and Gold Mining made us stay. Jennifer is from Aspen and still has family there. We enjoy meeting new people and inviting folks to our special place.

Why they chose this property

We choose Cedaredge for its small time charm, music, wineries and its close to incredible XC and downhill skiing. We moved over from New Castle to escape the traffic and noise.

What makes this property unique

The property is a work in progress. When we purchased it nothing had been touched in more than 50 years. We are trying to make it a healthy high desert forrest with native trees and vegetation. The birds, deer, cougars, bob cats and little critters are coming back. Trimming back the native trees also makes this property more firewise.
