Our spacious 3-bedroom home is located in the private Indian Palms community, on a quiet cul-de-sac.



This single-story property offers easy access through both the front door and the garage.

 Pool Safety: Use the pool at your own risk. The home is equipped with pool alarms on both the sliding door and the master bedroom door.



The backyard features a propane BBQ, pool toys, and a fire pit—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.



 Bringing a pup? You’ll have convenient access to a dog lawn directly across the street. Please note: guests must pick up after their pets. Failure to do so will result in a $250 fine.



Community Rules: Guests must follow HOA regulations at all times. Any violations will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
