Beautiful direct oceanfront condo. Newly remodeled with hardwood floors and updated ameninties. Balcony and great view from 2nd floor. Quiet. Just steps to beautiful beach. Large heated pool, new beach walk-over, washer/dryer on premises with ice machines. Great location, close to St Augustine, Marineland, restaurants and lighthouse. One block from intracoastal also with boat rentals and fishing. King bed in master with queen pullout. Sleeps 4 to 5 comfortably. Full Kitchen, ceiling fans, beach chairs to use at no charge, tv/dvd in every room. WiFi . Beautiful place.

We are local just 3 miles away from property. This is our own personal unit and we're very proud of its' condition and atmosphere. We personally make sure that your visit is fun and meets your expectations. Spotless clean and well appointed. We have lived in St Augustine for ovr 30 years and will be happy to help you plan your trip here.
Why they chose this property
Our unit 220 is the largest and one of the nicest units at the property. We keep rates down low because we rent it ourselves and don't pay commissions. We insure that the unit is spotless and well-stocked for our guests. We believe it's the best value on the beach for a newly-remodeled direct ocean-front condo. We stay full and our guests always have great things to say about their stay.

Direct Oceanfront. Steps from the ocean. One block from the intracoastal. 5 miles south of downtown St Augustine and 5 miles north of Marineland. Easy access to interstate. Large, beautiful heated pool, gated walkover to beach, plenty of free parking. No hidden fees. Absolutely beautiful beach and condo. Sit on the balcony at your own patio table and high-rise chairs and watch the sunrise over the ocean or just enjoy the view and seabreeze. Welcome to the Beach !!
