Originally from Minnesota, we fell in love with Venice Florida! Work takes us away and we are now sharing our home with others who want to visit SW Florida. If there is anything you need, just ask we are very resourceful and know the area very well.
Why they chose this property
Wieland Park is a wonderful safe haven with restaurants and shopping along with weekly and nightly events located. Very close to the Atlanta Braves ballpark. We also enjoy having a golf cart so we can explore all the area has to offer.
What makes this property unique
We lived in this house while upgrading it, it has everything an executive house would need. Well appointed chef’s kitchen with gas appliances. Electric fireplace, pool and spa. Television outside on the lanai. The sunset views of the lake overlooking the fountain are incredible.
