The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
MANDATORY: Please air down your tires at the air down station located on the right hand side after the Corolla Park PRIOR to entering the beach. .
Turn off your traction control and please do not run over the tree stumps they will pop your tires. Take ramp 23 to the house. This is at the North end of the beach.
MANDATORY Remove and dispose of all trash in the house and pet feces on the property. Failure to do such will result in a $200.00 additional fee charged to your card.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
