The location was perfect, for everything we had planned which only made the already great house even better! The layout is perfect, and I do think the owners should highlight that fact a bit more in their listing because for two small families or couples, the house works perfectly. There’s two queen bedrooms on the main floor with a private bathroom/shower, and then the basement floor has another two bedrooms with a separate bathroom/shower. It works out great so two families could still have their full privacy, which is very helpful at the end of the day getting kids ready for bed time. Heads up though, the shower upstairs has a tub, but the bathroom downstairs was just a standup shower stall. Not a problem in our case, just wanted to highlight it for other families with little ones. The house was clean, cozy and perfectly “beach house New England”. :) Oh, and the Weber grill on the deck was nearly brand new condition!
