We have found our twin bed rm when hosting children gets neglected by parents! Please do not allow them to eat and drink on the linens or leave trash

We stayed here for the night before our cruise leaving from the port. This house was at an excellent price, it was roomy enough for everyone, just a short walk to a hidden beautiful beach spot also. Enjoyed the stay. Will be back for our next cruise

The Palms was a cute little place. The air conditioning was amazing after a long day on the sun. It was clean and very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and Publix. It will sleep 8 people, but keep in mind there is only one bathroom. It is clear in the listing there is only one bathroom, so that's not a dig toward the property, but just something to keep in mind. Overall it's a good value for a comfortable place to relax during a stay at cocoa beach.

We had seven people in our group, and there was plenty of room for us to spread out! The host left us access to lots of handy beach equipment which was put to good use It was really easy to communicate with Shana, and she even let us know that one of our kids left a toy behind! Overall, great experience.
