We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

POOL SAFETY
No diving - deepest part of the pool is 6ft - please be careful on the pavement around the pool - make sure kids are supervised at all times

CAMERA
There are 3 cameras. One over the garage pointing out towards the street. There are two cameras in the back. One is located on the house near the BBQ pointing towards the pool and fence. The second is on the house to the right of the sliding glass door off of the kitchen. It also points towards the pool and yard. Nothing in the house.

PETS
>$25/night per pet
>2 pets max
>Must be accompanied at all times
>Must be picked up after or additional fees will be charged

GRILL/FIREPIT
>We try to keep our properties tanks and firewood stock full, but we aren`t always sure. If you have to go fill the tank or buy wood, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you

DEPOSIT
>We may ask for a $250 deposit hold, or $500 for holidays

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
