About this home:

Enjoy getting away to starry nights, surrounded by nature, and a sunny and serene modern home. Situated on more than 3 wooded acres in a very quiet community, you’ll enjoy time together to recharge. Cacapon Resort State Park is just down the road, and the quaint town of Berkeley Springs is about 20 minutes drive. The lovely towns of Harper’s Ferry and Shepherdstown are under an hour, as is Shenandoah National Park.

Living Room:
A modern sectional with cozy throw pillows and blankets provide a great spot to read, relax, or watch TV.

Fully Stocked Kitchen:
We provide a variety of coffee options (k-cups provided, pour-over and drip machine available in the kitchen), cocoa, hot teas, as well as assorted sugar/sweetener and creamer. A full set of quality dishes, glasses, and silverware, along with placemats and napkins are available. We also provide non-glass drinkware for use outside/in the hot tub. Dog bowls are available.

Bedrooms:
The downstairs bedroom is furnished with a king bed, with down and down-alternative pillows, as well as extra blankets. High quality sheets and duvet cover ensure a great rest on the quality mattress. Multi-charger station, cell-phone Qi charger, and alarm clock are provided. The loft is furnished with a queen bed, quality linens, and extra bedding. There is also a fold-out cot that doubles as a spot to read by the window.

Connectivity & Entertainment:
We offer satellite internet access, smart-TVs for you to connect your preferred streaming apps in the living room and primary bedroom, an assortment of books and games, as well as some outdoor games.

Pets: If you are traveling with your dog, please make sure to add that to your booking.

Additional Info

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with gravel road for the final 1.5 miles. This road is easily driven with a car; there are some spots with limited visibility, so please drive gently in the event another car is approaching, as well as to reduce dust.

We provide a gas grill with fuel tank and grilling equipment.

The nearest grocery and other stores are in Berkeley Springs about 20 minutes away, so it is best to provision on your way in. There is a Dollar General about 10 minutes away.


We have security cameras at the front porch and facing the driveway to monitor the property when vacant and ensure our cleaning and lawn services are top-notch.

- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Only guests noted in the booking, please, and respect the serenity and quiet of the area.
- No smoking
- Well-behaved dogs are welcome, subject to a daily fee. No dogs on the furniture.
- Self check-in with smart lock
- Please no shoes in the house, and particularly if it is raining/wet, please ensure dogs are dried off and well-cleaned.

The following fees will be charged for violations of the house rules:
** Smoking in the home: $150
**Late Checkout without prior approval: $75
**Additional guests not noted in the booking: $50 per guest per night.
**Additional cleaning for excessive dirt/mess: $150
**Pet waste fee if we need to clean up after your dog in the yard or house: $50

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $300
