The property managers were great, patient and very responsive. The place was surprisingly comfortable and the back area a restful spot. Overall an easy stay. Only negative I found? A couple of outlets didn’t work, otherwise, a fantastic stay.

I came with my husband and 4 children and parents ranges from infant- 7 years of age. The pool was bitter cold. I reached out to the hosts she tried to fix it checked the next day still bitter few days went by and today the day we left was a great pool temperature but unfortunately my kids didn’t get to enjoy that because we had to leave. We drove 17 hours packed a bunch of food with little children had a big cooler and that got thrown away “accidentally” and was not replaced. As we had to throw hundreds of dollars of food away because it would have gone bad without being kept cool. I messaged the host countless times about the air as well, she said she would have it fixed few days gone by and still felt extremely hot inside the house we could not get the thermostat to go down. Last night at 2am everything got shut off nothing was working and it wasn’t 10am or near checkout. House was cute in all hosts tried to help. But ultimately unhappy with the stay and everything it entailed. Right when we got there I messaged the host saying the dishes were dirty left dirty floors weren’t clean my daughter crawled on the ground for 2 minutes and her feet were dirty. Cute house hosts tried to help. I spent a lot of money and felt like it was not worth at all what I paid.

We did our best to address concerns as they were brought to our attention during your stay. The pool heater was checked and adjusted, and while it did reach the proper temperature near the end of the visit, we understand that timing affected your family’s ability to enjoy it. We also contacted our service providers regarding the air conditioning; unfortunately, repairs were delayed beyond our control. The late-night power interruption was unexpected and resolved as quickly as possible. We regret that the cleanliness of the home did not meet your standards upon arrival. This feedback has been shared with our cleaning team to prevent this from happening again. We’re also sorry for the inconvenience caused regarding the cooler and food items, and we understand how upsetting that situation can be. We appreciate you noting that the home was cute and that we made efforts to help throughout your stay. While we’re disappointed that your experience fell short, we value your feedback and will use it to improve for future guests.
