Host was very responsive with the few issues we had. House was a nice size for our group and close to Disney - the purpose of our trip :).

Kids absolutely loved the house. They wanted to stay and play in the games room and pool all day. Resort has nice amenities as well. House was very spacious for our large family, kitchen was well stocked allowing us to cook most of our meals there easily. Beds were very comfy, and air conditioning worked well, lots of towels. Found the house to be nice and clean as well. Very close to Disney never took more than 15-20 minutes to be at the parks. Walmart is just down the street, super convenient.
