Welcome to our Sunshine Villa in Orlando, Florida!

This 5-star Mediterranean-Style villa is situated in the exclusive resort community of Solana with a 24-hour security gate and guard. The resort is merely 12 minutes to Disney World and close to all the other Orlando area attractions. The bright and airy 4-bedroom home can accommodate 10 people max. It has a private pool and spa with no rear neighbors that you and your family will enjoy. The home also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious family room with a Smart TV with high-speed streaming (Disney+, Netflix, Hulu ready), a formal living and dining room and a laundry room with a washer and a dryer. Two additional flat-screen HDTVs are also available in the bedrooms. The high-speed wireless Internet is provided free of charge. Professionally furnished and decorated to a high standard, the home truly has everything you desire to make magical memories and enjoy every moment in this vacation capitol of the world.

Within the prestigious Solana resort, the clubhouse offers many more exceptional amenities available to all guests. Some of the outstanding features of the complex include a large community pool and spa (heated year-round), cabana, 18-hole mini-golf course/putting green, playground, and beach volleyball court. The beautiful clubhouse on site also has a reception/social area, a cyber café, a well-equipped fitness room, video games room and video arcade.

Very nice clean comfortable home. Owner Was very quick to respond to questions. Pool was clean and amazing. Owner had very informing information in the folder prepared for guests in case of emergencies and general overall questions about the property.

Great response from owner and property manager. Place was clean but could use a little additional cleaning. Hot tub and pool were great, and location is very convenient. A few additional items would help like plastic dishware for taking out to the pool area. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay

Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. Home was well appointed had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and hot tub was enjoyed morning and night after a day out. Club house was an added bonus we enjoyed mini golf and the resort area swimming pool. Our young adult children enjoyed the well equipped fitness room as well. Location is perfect, nice quite area within 30-45 min of Disney. Would definitely book again.

Nice "Clean" house in great Neiborhood.

After staying in a number of pool homes in the Disney area, we were quite pleased with this home. While it may have typical small issues found in short term rentals, they were addressed immediately by Dee with their local management team. We especially loved its location and convenience to ALL forms of shopping and restraints and the ability to go to the Disney parks without getting onto I-4. We'd go back

Holiday Home

A very nice home to holiday in. We stayed with our two infant grandchildren who loved the pool. The home does not have a games room such as found in many other holiday homes but otherwise the home is spacious and comfortable. If I could offer any advice it would be to update the kitchen utensils, frying pans, etc. The owner was friendly, helpful and answered all enquiries quickly.

Clean, spacious modern accommodation. Gated community just off the highway. Easy to find from airport with supplied directions. Close to parks - Disney 30 mins. Great pool for kids to unwind in after a long day at Disney. We found everything you could possibly need was supplied in one of the cupboards. Central really to everything, supermarkets, restaurants, major highways and parks. Would definitely rebook if visiting Orlando in the future.

Has everything!

This place checked all the boxes for this family of 6. The host did an EXCELLENT job answering all of my questions. The check in process was really easy, the guards were really nice and it was very easy to find the house. My only issue was this property needs a good deep clean. we ended up cleaning before unpacking. Thank you to the host, the house is beautiful and perfect!

Worry Free Vacation

We stayed at the Sunshine Villa for 18 days this year. We found the property located within The Solana Resort to be very secure and well maintained. Solana is close to everything, such as grocery, pharmacy, etc. The house was probably built in the 00’s (I am guessing) and was very clean. Few things could be updated, but nothing serious. We paid for pool heating as it was cooler in late Jan – Feb and was warm when we arrived and throughout our stay. We only had one issue that was handled within a couple hours by the management company and Dee. Overall, I would say that the property is very good value.

Nice (not new) house in a quiet neighborhood.

We stayed for 64 days and I was disappointed that we couldn't use the pool. The heating of the pool, in my estimation, amounted to price gouging. I understand that there is a cost for fuel to heat the pool. They wanted $1800.00 extra just to heat the pool, and when I questioned the price, was told that's what it is. Needless to say it was very disappointing! I would never stay at this place again! Never had any contact with the property managers. Called once got a recording and never received a return call.

Dated Villa Not Luxury

We stayed for 5 weeks. The villa was very dated. We did enjoy the pool and hot tub. The door to the pool had an alarm that went off 30 seconds after door was opened. The owner didn’t know how to turn it off. We paid extra @35 a day to heat pool and hot tub. We also paid to use the grill which was a disappointment because it was dirty and needed to be replaced. We did receive a partial refund for the inconvenience. This was the first VRBO we’ve stayed at where we had to ‘rent’ the grill. It is not a ‘New Luxury Villa’ as the title suggests. Mattresses in extra bedrooms need replacing they are old and uncomfortable. Property manager was wonderful! The pillows were disgusting so she ordered new ones for us, and a bath mat for the extra bathroom. Along with my husband, she helped clean the grill and provided a full tank. Dee was great! Kitchen could use more silverware and glasses and cookie sheets need replacing. bathroom.

Clean and great community but house needs updates

We have stayed in the Solana community many times and have always had a great experience. We chose this house in a hurry based on the value and while we had a great time there, we feel that this particular property needs some updating. Master bedroom was extremely comfortable but beds in other 3 rooms were barely tolerable. There were no ceiling fans in this house and the only portable fan was in the master bedroom (our guest had no fan). Only 2 of the 4 bedrooms had tv’s and the main (living room) tv is on a tv stand that sits about 1 1/2 feet off of the floor. The house was clean and stocked and we appreciated being able to spend the week here, but it was definitely not “cozy” or “comfortable” like most of the other properties here that we have stayed at. Very easy fix: the owner just needs to spend a little time here and a few bucks adding some basic comforts...better beds (bed frames move and make noise and mattresses are TERRIBLE) and fix the tv problems in thee as main living room and spare bedrooms.

Be aware of the gate guard officer. VERY RUDE!

Everything was perfect. Only reason I would not recommend is, the very first person you see when coming in is the security at front gate which is very very rude. Did not get his name but he is an older gentleman. Extremely rude and for some reason he thinks he's funny. He should make people feel welcome. Other than that everything was OK, but what makes me give a low star review is the security guard. No one wants to come on vacations and deal with rudeness for no reason at all.

It would have been nice to know we had to pay to heat the pool and hot tub before we booked the location. There was also a note to not set the AC below 76 degrees in the house which was very hot especially for Florida. The house was nice and clean.

Nice Spring Break Place

The property was very clean with enough space for our family. The pool was very nice and paying for the heat was worth the expense to make the time more enjoyable. We enjoyed the privacy of fewer neighbors in the back. Communication with the management company was easy with quick response. A few updates of pillows and additional pool towels would be appreciated but otherwise we would stay here again.

Not Luxury

The description of a luxury property is far fetched. The house was relatively clean however amenities, accomodations and beds are all in need of an upgrade. The towels are very thin, brown, bleached and dated from Dollar store in 1990. Master bed kin is lumpy and saggy along with the queen in Bedroom 2. Linens and bedding are very dated, satin hotel beddings again not Luxury quality at all. The small TV in the family room sat on a low coffee table that was far from stable with small children in the house. Pool heater did not work- called property manager 7 times with no call back. Emailed Alex to be told to call property manager. Plunger in Master Bathroom closet was ripped and broken in two; called again. No response. Purchased a new one. The resort / club house was baren. Tiki bar closed, canopies over pool chairs were ridden with black mold and torn. Mini Golf Course for $3/per person to play was not well kept. Pool heater was broken in mail pool and hot tub was unable to be used by more than two people or anyone under 18. It was 100*. Was expecting a much higher level of stay and accomodations.

We had a lovely time! Perfect location to get to & from parks & hot spots. Home was very clean, all the basics were there & ready to use. neighborhood was safe & well maintained. My only complaint was the beds are not great for long term stays.
