We enjoyed our stay. We were on a "buddy golf" trip and many courses were located nearby. Parking is not allowed on the street and is strictly enforced. A local friend came to visit and her car was towed in less than an hour. We were a group of adults and the parking situation was stressful.

Great place!

This was an amazing house. We took a group of graduating seniors from our small Christian school to Florida to celebrate and this was the perfect spot to stay. The one slight negative comment I would have was the lack of cookware in the house. Luckily there was a store nearby and I went and purchased some.

The house was spacious and adequate but not too many frills, like having enough larger sized cookwear, especially for a house that can house 33 people. The neighborhood was fairly nice and the community pool was fun! The rules for parking and the enforcement of those rules was pretty frustrating. We had an extra car and it got towed because it was parked in, what we thought was the correct overflow area. No signage at all. Overall, though a good time with family

When we arrive the door code was working, host had to let us in from a app. one of the rooms there was a broken bed and I spoke with the host he stated some one was coming to fix it and they never came The grill was filthy also husband truck was towed because if you park on the street which we was taking grocery inside and they towed it. Will never rent this host again

Family Vacation

The house was located near stores such as Walmart and Alidi, which was good. However, there were quite a few issues with the property itself. To begin with, if you are traveling with alot of people, please make sure you discuss the parking restrictions otherwise, your vehicle will be towed. Thank goodness we didn’t experience that. Now heres where things take a turn. There were issues with broken toilet seats, tissue holders, dried urine stains on the bottom of the toilets, black bugs in the bed, infestation of roaches, mildew on the pool furniture, a malfunctioning washer and dryer that was located upstairs. But, on a positive note, the manager was prompt in his response to all of my concerns abd for that I am truly grateful.
