55+ community, Sleeps 6, Minimum 90 day rental, Pets Considered

Our home has 2 bdrms the master has a king size bed and there are two twin beds in the second bdr. There is a futon in our "flex room". 2 full baths. Master bath has a large, walk in shower and 2nd bath has a tub/shower. Hardwood flooring throughout the home. Kitchen is well stocked with small appliances , dishware and cooking utensils. The over sized lanai has sliding windows, A/C and heat for yr round comfort. 2 - 55' flat screen TVs (1 in living rm and 1 in lanai) . Gas grill on patio. Use of our upgraded golf cart. All the comforts of home.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We are retired home builders from CT who found our Lake Ashton community on VRBO 13 years ago. From our first rental here, we considered ourselves blessed to have found such a special home away from home. While we were still working, we spent one or two months renting, but in 2013, when close to retirement, we purchased our lovel home. We are happy to call Lake Ashton our home from late Dec to early May. It is truly the perfect place to find new friends and keep active in this new chapter of our lives!
