Our home has 2 bdrms the master has a king ized bed and there are two twin beds in the second bdr. There is a comfortable sleep sofa on the 4 season lanai and a futon in our "flex room". 2 full baths. The lanai has sliding windows, A/C and heat for yr round comfort. 2 55' flat screen TVs (1 in living rm and 1 in lanai) with a third TV in the master bdrm. Gas grill on patio. Use of our upgraded golf cart. All the comforts of home.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great location

The location and communication with the owners was perfect. We were happy to stay here. Our only complaint was it was not left very clean which was the fault of the renters before us not the owners.

Property was at an ideal location. Having two large Tv's was a plus. Kitchen was spacious. Room layout was great. Had a problem connecting to internet & Netflix but was resolved quickly with Host's assistance. The only suggestion we have is that the living room furniture & bed pillows need updating. Had a lovely time.

Lake Ashton

The house is spacious and well stocked and very comfortable. The neighbors seemed friendly. We were able to bring our Yorkie along which was nice. The amenities are great and the use of the golf cart was very helpful. The Storrs were very helpful and accommodating. We love it at Lake Ashton.

Fun filled retirement possibility

The home was beautiful and comfortably furnished. The grounds were well maintained and the community was very friendly. There was so much to do in Lake Ashton. Felt like Resort living. WiFi allowed us to work from home and the amenities allowed us to feel like we were on vacation. We definitely plan on returning maybe even as owners some day soon. The golf cart was an added benefit.

The house was beautiful but I don’t think the cleaning lady made it there before we did. The previous renters left late and I don’t think the cleaning lady had time to come in. Every thing was fabulous

One Month Stay

This is a great property. We fell in love just looking at the website pictures and the real thing did not disappoint us! The house was perfect for 3 of us. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The 2 lanais are great and could have slept even more people. The house is located in a perfect community with so much to do! The owner gave us restaurant suggestions and we loved them all. Definitely stay here if you get the chance.

Great visit!

We enjoyed our time at Lake Ashton. The property was exactly as listed and met all our needs. The property owners left great instructions on the care of the house. They were also quick to respond to any additional questions we had. I would recommend this 55+ community to visit or invest in. We would consider returning!

Wonderful friendly Community

This spacious house sits on the corner of the Main Street. The community is surrounded by a golf course. What I really enjoyed were the numerous activities offered. Not only are there outside activities but they have a wonderful indoor facility that really rocks. Indoor heated pool with fun water volleyball, water aerobics, etc….. The people are very friendly. I thought the dog parks ( there are 2) were exceptionally clean and FUN. Dogs and owners. The restaurants here had very reasonable prices . Plus, the food was good. The golf cart was definitely used going and coming from various activities. Owners are prompt to answer any and all issues. If you want a nice place to enjoy, this would be it !

I LOVE this place. Ashton Lake is lovely, the house is spacious and inviting, the community pool just right. This is the perfect place to stay in central Florida!

Great Home, Great Landlords

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Ashton. There was always something to do. Even Hurricane Irma was just a bump in an otherwise fun trip. The home owners are terrific people.

Best Place in Lake Ashton

My husband and I have rented the month of April in Lake Ashton for the past 10 years. We have rented this beautiful home in April 2014 and April 2015 and we have booked April 2016. By far this home is the Best Rental Home in Lake Ashton. Love the large lanai with the 60 inch flat screen. The view of the pond is beautiful. Outside BBQ is great. The place is spacious, spotless and well equipped with everything you would need. Location is within walking distance to the outdoor pool/restaurant and also close to the golf club/house and bar. The rental does not include golf at Lake Ashton. However, Lake Bess Golf Club is only 5 minute drive and the prices are very affordable. (April - 9 holes and golf cart was max $30 for the both of us.) I prefer Lake Bess to the Lake Ashton course. This is definitely our go to rental for April each year. The owners are extremely great to work with and get back to you quickly if there are any questions.

We are retired home builders from CT who found our Lake Ashton community on VRBO 13 years ago. From our first rental here, we considered ourselves blessed to have found such a special home away from home. While we were still working, we spent one or two months renting, but in 2013, when close to retirement, we purchased our lovel home. We are happy to call Lake Ashton our home from late Dec to early May. It is truly the perfect place to find new friends and keep active in this new chapter of our lives!
