Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
I would like to file a complaint regarding the following issues with the accommodation:
• Poor communication: There has been little to no communication through the platform, as there is no responsible person who contacts guests via phone—ONLY through the website. Additionally, I received the instructions very late, while I was already traveling.
• Faulty lighting: Some lights are not working and are missing their covers.
• Presence of cameras: Upon arrival, I noticed two cameras at both the entrance and exit, which I find disturbing, as they can track when we come and go.
• Unusual policies: The policies regarding visitors are unusual. If I had known about them from the beginning, I would not have chosen this property.
• Lack of cleanliness: I found hair on the towels (I really dislike hair—so much so that I keep my hair short), hair on the bed sheets, a dirty coffee maker, and both the washing machine and dryer have mold and a damp smell.
• Difficulty reporting issues: I tried to report that the trash can is broken because the lid does not open, but I was asked to send a photo through the app, even though it does not allow sending photos.
In summary, these are the issues I wanted to report.
