Everything was exactly what it looked liked! Good value for the space! The only caution I'll give is that the foyer is a step up from everything else. My mom went to the bathroom in the night and fell. Everyone seemed to trip at least once... Also the back door doesn't lock. I messaged the owner just to let her know and there was no response.

When we arrived there was someone in the garage working with power tools. They did offer to ask them to leave but it was very uncomfortable to have them there when we arrived. The beds were so soft there’s no way we could have slept on them. The house was very clean and Ana was attentive and even left a gift for our kids since it was there first time visiting Harry Potter world. The house just wasn’t up to the standards we wanted in a VRBO.

We stayed for 3 nights to visit Disney World before our cruise. Ana was great at communicating with me before our trip and giving good recommendations. We didn’t use all the beds, but my daughter did state the king bed sagged a bit toward the middle. I planned to wash clothes before our cruise and when we arrived, I found that there was no washer and dryer, which was my fault for not reading the amenities. The place was decent enough for what we needed but didn’t have a lot of the amenities that I am used to in a VRBO. The kitchen could also be better stocked, but we really didn’t use it much while we were there. If you are planning to eat meals in the house, you may need to bring more cookware with you. All in all, it met our needs but we didn’t spend much time there except to sleep.

The instructions for locating the lock box were not specific enough. There were two lock boxes on the house and the one the instructions pointed us to was not the correct one. In addition, the operation of the lock box wasn't given. Entering the code isn't enough, you have to press and hold another button; that wasn't in the instructions either.Also, one of the bathroom doors was locked but we were able to get in.Overall, everything was ok but just very frustrating to simply get into the house and into a bathroom after spending 4 1/2 hours in heavy traffic to get there.
