Fabulous beach house right on the sand at Faria Beach 5 minutes north of Ventura, California and 20 minutes south of Santa Barbara, California. Great family vacation or just a gotta get away and chill.....

2 story, 3 bedroom and 2 baths.
Downstairs: Living room with a sunken fireplace, Dining area, Kitchen, Bedroom with a Queen size bed and a full bath.
Front Deck with Patio Furniture.
Upstairs: Master Bedroom with a King bed and Outdoor deck.
2nd bedroom with a Queen bed.
The bedrooms share a full bath.
Fabulous garden in the entry way. Washer and Dryer in the garage. Ample parking. Only 5 steps from the seawall to the sand! Very popular surfing spots within 3 minute walk in either direction. Swimming in the summer 68-70 degrees. Great neighbors on this private beach with wonderful views of the Santa Barbara Channel Islands.

Just finished our 6th year of a beach week at Karen's. This is the best location in all of central coast. Direct access to the beach, spacious inside/outside space, house is fully stocked with everything you need and always tidy upon arrival. We love it here and will be back next summer!

My happy place!

The ocean is right at your feet. Our family has stayed here for a few years. The sea wall is our favorite place to be. Karen is a wonderful host and helpful with all our needs. Best place to make memories.

The Magical Sea Wall

We have stayed here many times. Fishing off the sea wall, easy access to the beach, house is fully stocked for cooking and Karen is a wonderful host. Our family has made incredible memories here.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Spectacular location w/ beautiful ocean views! You are able to see both surf spots from the deck. An abundance of sea life (seals and dolphins) rolling by in the surf. It was a great spot for a quiet family getaway. Thank you Karen!

Great Family Spot

This is a great location and an excellent property for 1-2 families. The house provides plenty of household supplies if you want to stay in and cook, and enough beach gear that will help keep you busy on the beach and in the ocean. We look forward to visiting this property again!

Wonderful stay

We've enjoyed this lovely beach house for the second year, and looking forward to more years. It's wonderful being right on the water, and a quiet, beautiful beach. The home is clean, comes with the amenities needed (plenty of towels, water filter, kitchen items, washer/dryer, etc) for a comfortable stay.

Wonderful two weeks at the beach

The house is comfortable and very well equipped with kitchen utensils and table settings of all kinds, beach towels, linens, etc. Location and deck space are ideal and the owner was very accommodating. My wife and I, two adult sons and a daughter-in-law had a wonderful, two-week family reunion here -- a great autumn vacation on the Faria beach.

Great location

We recently rented this house for a week and we were very pleased. The location is perfect. We had access to the beach from the back patio and the house was just right for the 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 children. They had everything you need from bikes, kayaks and surf boards. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again next summer.
