We had a great time. Loved the tranquil neighborhood, watched deer from the back deck. Lovely condo, all the amenities we could need. Would love to come back again!
The house was great and the neighborhood was woodsy and quiet! Surrounded by walking trails that lead to the beach. Just right for a family with young children.
Very clean and welcoming home! Only thing could be better was the need of a saucepan or 2 and a working dryer.

Thank you for your review, Kimberly. We are happy to hear you enjoyed our home. We have reached out to our local manager with your comments and suggestions. Thank you for bringing them to our attention. We hope to host you again soon!
Nice property and a short walk to the beach. We did encounter a couple of minor issues on arrival such as the outdoor lights being burned out and cobwebs throughout the unit. The kitchen was stocked with just the basic items but functional for preparing meals. Overall, the property was well-maintained, comfortable and nicely updated. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay.
It was perfect! Quiet, gorgeous, excellent location along the coast, clean, private beach for the division. Well worth what we paid. Felt homey and comfy.
The house location was perfect for introducing our young grandchildren to the beach/ocean. It literally was a 2-3 minute walk to the beach with no worries. The house itself was just right and very cozy. We had a great time.
Ww love this house. It is cosy, the kitchen is stocked. Most everything woked, accept in the master bedroom. The usb outlets don't work, nor did one of the wall sockets. We also couldn't lock the back door from the inside. We locked it from the outside. Beyond those, everything else worked great. The house is spacious, clean, inviting. We are planning on making annual stays going forward. Thank you.
The property is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The beds are very comfortable. Restaurants, bakery and market were less than 10 minutes away.
The WiFi hardly worked in the 4 days we were there. Using AT&T and Verizon the mobile connection often didn’t work. Some silverware and some dishes were dirty and or wet.

Hi Mitchell, thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us, we are so glad to hear that you had a phenomenal getaway. We appreciate you letting us know that there is room for improvement and will follow up with our local team regarding your feedback. We hope to host you for another great stay in the future!
The house was great and just as advertised, however, the cleanliness level was disappointing. There were large pieces of trash and nut shells left on the floor for my infant to find.
The location and space was otherwise great!
We enjoyed our stay for the most part but feel we need to mention a few issues. First, there is no mention in the write up that the home is part of Duplex. Also, as mentioned in other reviews, the beds are quite hard and so uncomfortable that we had to sleep on the couch. There is also no frying pan large enough to make family breakfast.

Hi Lisa. Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that the beds weren't super comfortable during your stay. We have passed your comments along to our local staff and homeowners so that we can quickly get these issues taken care of. We do hope that we have another chance in the future to impress you.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice and in a great location. The furnishings are pretty, the back deck is comfortable and enjoyable with nice chairs. Some concerns are the front door:
1) There is no way to lock or unlock the front door from the inside and this is a safety issue as well as inconvenient. The latch needs to be repaired.
2) As other people have mentioned, the beds are very uncomfortable. A simple solution would be to buy some memory foam toppers for each bed.
3) The shower in the guest bath needs written instructions for how to switch the water to come out the showerhead. 3 people could not figure out how it works.

Thank you for your review, Kris! We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. We did provide your valuable feedback to our local manager. They have fixed the door and are working on making sure there are instructions in the house in regards to the shower. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope we have the chance to host you again!
We had a great time in this house. Very comfortable living room and big dining room table. Short walk to the beach. Lots of indoor toys for kids to keep them busy. The outdoor shower is great for cleaning up after the beach!
There are just a few things you should keep in mind before heading there:
- There are NO beach toys at all, no beach chairs or boogie boards or anything for the beach.
- The kitchen has the essentials but NO condiments whatsoever. No salt or pepper or oil.
- The TV is almost impossible to work! It took us a good 30 mins. No Roku. The are very few movies and none for kids.
Well appointed and comfortable home perfect for our family of 4.
Would stay again however a couple things of note:
Screens were missing from almost all the windows. We found and installed the screens we needed to have a couple open windows.
We could not figure out how to get the shower head function in the2nd bathroom to work so our kids had share the use of master shower with us.
The dryer had to cycle through a couple times to dry clothes adequately.
We could not drink or cook with the tap water due to a heavy chemical smell and taste so we bought bottled water for this.
There were stains on the carpet in several rooms. It appeared some one spilled coffee on the stairs and in the entry to two bedrooms.
Two smoke detectors were without batteries. Several pans were dirty. Silverware tray had food crumbs in it. Bed sheets had spots. Only one television in the home.
We’ve stayed in over a dozen Shorepine homes and have never experienced so many issues. We feel badly for the owners because it appears renters are not taking care of the property.

Thank you for staying with us. A deep clean has been done on the home, including a carpet cleaning, and we have suggested TVs for the bedrooms to the homeowner. We hope to see you again!
The home layout is great for a family beach getaway. There is a master bedroom/bathroom and then two more bedrooms and a second full bathroom all upstairs. Plus a half bathroom downstairs. The kitchen, dining and living rooms flow well and invite shared time together, without anyone being underfoot.
We had some maintenance questions during our stay and they were promptly and accurately addressed.
Be prepared for a little hike to the beach. The home is located in a nice community of vacation homes with a large sand dune between it and the beach. There is a paved path that leads to the dune and a long board walk that zig zags up to the top of the dune. Then there is a steep sandy drop to the beach. It's good exercise, but not easy to climb back up. The home has an outdoor shower perfect for washing up when you return.
There is very little in the vein of hospitality in the home and everything is well used and dingy. The couch is upholstered in a white fabric and shows stains and dirt and needs to be cleaned. The mattresses are rock hard and not comfortable. The pillows were so flat and so used that we ended up buying our own. There are no beach chairs, toys, towels, or other similar items that we would expect to find in a home like this. The back patio only has seating for two. The kitchen is skimpily equipped with no blender, mixer, pitcher, etc (again, we bought our own blender and left it behind so the next guest can use it). The welcome book was minimal with practically no information. Basically, it felt like the very minimum was done to equip the home and absolutely nothing more.

Excellent location
My wife and I stayed here for about 10 days. We enjoyed our stay would consider staying there again. The pros mostly outweigh the cons. The location is excellent. You can walk off the back porch onto a bike/foot path and from there it's a short walk to the beach. The back porch has an outdoor shower with hot water to rinse off with. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms. Downstairs has a comfortable couch with a nice TV where the sound runs through stereo speakers, a suitable kitchen with a dishwasher, gas stove and microwave. There's a 1/2 bath downstairs. You can park in the garage where there is a stacked washer/dryer.
The cons are the kitchen is marginally furnished with pots and pans but we got by ok. The main thing I missed was a decent frying pan. There's only one and it's small. It took us a while to figure out the dryer and I did that by looking up a manual online. There was what they call a "gate code" and I figured that was for the garage door but it didn't work. I could have maybe called somebody but just dealt with it instead. It would have been a problem if we locked ourselves out which I almost did once so be careful if you find yourself in that situation. One of the upstairs bathrooms has a shower head but no way of diverting the water from running a bath to the shower head...weird. The worst part for us was the beds. The mattresses were inexpensive Walmart brands and didn't work well for us. (could be just us) My wife ended up sleeping on the couch and I slept in the bed. As long as I could toss and turn without bothering her I was able to get a decent but not great nights sleep. With all of that we had a great time there and would possibly stay again.....except the for maybe the beds.
