Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Lock the doors
All good things must come to an end—but check-out is thankfully painless. Before you head out: Kick off one last look to make sure you’ve packed your things (chargers love to hide).
Please place used towels in the bathroom. Load any used dishes into the dishwasher (no need to run it—we’ve got it). Turn off lights and the fireplace, and set the thermostat back to a comfy level.
Lock the door behind you using the keypad—no keys, no drop-offs, no awkward goodbyes. That’s it! Safe travels, and thanks for treating the space like home. You’re welcome back anytime !
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great little cottage walking distance to downtown. Host was very responsive to any questions and we really appreciated the homemade cookies, fresh flowers, and lovely front porch. It is on a busy street corner so be prepared for a little street noise but overall a great experience for us and our puppy!

This cozy cottage was the perfect spot for us for a few nights in Bentonville on a larger cross country road trip. The town is adorable and the Crystal Bridges Museum is spectacular. Both a short walk from the property. The property itself had everything you could ask for and more. Comfortable bed and pillows/blackout curtains/ample AC, good shower water pressure, a cute little porch with a fenced yard to have a glass of wine and a well appointed kitchen with more than its fair share of amenities like a coffee/tea station, cooking starters and condiments and the host left us a little gift bag of snacks and fresh fruit and flower arrangements around the house. Would stay again in a heartbeat. The host was excellent, communicative and kind. Having the garage open right to the street so we could easily pack and unpack our car was a life saver after a long day on the road (would also be a great place to store bikes - which is apparently very popular in the area!)
