We had a fabulous family week at the well equipped villa.

Pros: The villa was well equipped, there was a lovely outside covered dining area with pretty gardens and the swimming pool was very clean. Air con was very efficient. Cons: We didn’t want to go home…….

Dejlig ferie for tre generationer

Pros: Huset har en fantastisk pool og et dejligt udekøkken. Praktisk at alle rum har direkte udgang til den helt ugenerte have. Dejlig terrasse. Skønt med aircondition i de tre soverum. Cons: Stuen er nærmest ubrugelig på varme højsommerdage. Det ville være godt med aircondition.

Wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt ist selber schuld!

Pros: Das Haus hat alles was man für einen schönen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool läd zum baden ein, die Außenküche sorgt dafür, das kochen oder Grillen bei warmen Temperaturen erträglich ist. Die Klima in den Schlafzimmern sorgt für einen entspannten Schlaf ohne schwitzen! Cons: Die Mücken 😄 Für die allerdings niemand etwas kann. Lange Hose am Abend und Citruskerzen schaffen etwas Ruhe vor den kleinen Freunden.

Preis-Leistung einfach top

Pros: Das Haus haben wir, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, vorgefunden (+Tischtennisplatte). Es war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Küchen bieten alles, was man braucht. Alle Zimmer haben direkten Poolzugang, sodass man nicht durch das ganze Haus laufen muss. Der überdachte Essbereich ermöglicht zu jeder Zeit draußen zu sitzen. Kurz vor unserer Anreise haben wir alle erforderlichen Daten für den Zugang zur Finca von der Gastgeberin geschickt bekommen. Dies war sehr unkompliziert. Cons: Die bellenden Hunde in der Nachbarschaft.

Pure Erholung in einer Art Paradies

Pros: Die Finca verfügt über eine tolle Terrasse mit Überdachung, unter der man super die Tage und Nächte verbringen kann. Außerdem war der Pool unser Highlight, er ist perfekt für Kinder geeignet, da er ganz flach anfängt und stetig immer tiefer wird. Perfekt um das Schwimmen zu lernen. Die Wassertemperatur hat uns alle sehr überrascht, da sie sehr warm ist. Auch die Wasserrutsche hat uns allen sehr viel Spaß bereitet. Überall im Garten gibt es Schattenplätze, wo man auch bei 35 °prima aushalten kann. Die Gesamte Finca verfügt über top funktionierende Klimaanlagen und in jedem Zimmer ist zusätzlich noch ein Ventilator vorhanden, der bei uns in Dauerbetrieb war. Die Lage der Finca ist super, da man Stadtzentrum und Supermärkte in unter 15 Minuten erreichen kann. Handtücher waren genügend zur Verfügung. Es gab sogar ein babybett und 2 Hochstuhle vorhanden. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche war perfekt. Cons: Leider gab es außer einer Kapselmaschine keine Kaffeemaschine und auch keinen Filter, sodass das Kaffee kochen zu einer Herausforderung wurde. Vorhandene Pfannen waren leider etwas verbraucht, in nächster Zeit werden aber vlt einmal ein paar neue angeschafft.

Rundum zufrieden

Pros: Eigentlich ALLES:Garten und Outdoor-Küche sind ein absoluter Traum. Die Lage ist ruhig aber man kann dennoch nach Pollenca spazieren. Das Haus ist sehr groß und mehr als gut ausgestattet - uns hat wirklich gar nichts gefehlt. Das absolute Highlight sind aber die Vermieter selbst: unglaublich herzlich und freundlich und stets zur Stelle, wenn was ist. Da unsere Waschmaschine nicht funktionierte, kam am selben Tag noch eine krachneue. Jederzeit wieder!!!!
