Just spent an amazing week in this unit with my family of 5. (adults) The unit is clean and comfortable with modern kitchen appliances and bath fixtures. Modern ductless A/C in every room kept things cool and comfy during a very hot week. Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, blender, dishes, utensils, etc. Great location - literally steps to the beach and a short walk to restaurants and the pier. Owner was easily accessible and responsive to inquiries. We even arrived a couple hours early and were able to check in almost immediately as the cleaning folks were just finishing up when we arrived. Parking is a little tight but very manageable.

The property was close to the beach and generally clean. Unfortunately some things that I expected the property management to have prepared the property for my occupancy had not occurred. The coffee maker had old coffee grinds and mold in the coffee container. The body wash had not been refilled. The Wi-Fi was spotty and generally didn’t work my entire stay. The published beach chairs and cart were not available on day 1.
