We arrived at the community at 11 pm. The security guard told us he couldn't let us in because my car is a Ford F-150 with my company logo. My visit to Orlando was to participate in a construction trade show. We immediately called Leandra to explain the situation; I'm not sure if she's the owner. To my surprise, she knew nothing about that rule and couldn't do anything to resolve it. We ended up paying 60 to park the car at a private house, and the whole process took two hours. Other problems with the property: 1- Worms at the bottom of the pool (about 10), so we couldn't use the pool at all. 2- Used sheets, one of them with a hair on it. 3- The TV in the living room didn't have a power cord. 4- The soaps in the bathroom were tiny and only lasted one day. Leandra offered to make a partial refund but i have been trying to reach her but she is not responding. In my opinion it looks like she is not the owner and maybe she is running too many properties and the wrong team in place.

The home is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Perfect for our family’s overnight stay after a long day at Epcot. Very close & convenient to WDW. Host was very communicative and responsive. We would love to stay again soon.
