Centrally located between Boone and Banner Elk, Boulder Lodge gives you quick access to multiple mountain adventures and scenic outings.

You're less than 15 minutes from favorites like Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and downtown Banner Elk with its local dining and shopping. Within 5 minutes of the cabin, explore Grandfather Vineyard & Winery, try your luck at The Greater Foscoe Gem Mining Company, or book a guided trip with Foscoe Fishing Company & Outfitters. With so many things to do, there are endless memories ready to be made in the High Country!

Begin your vacation by driving up the paved driveway to your private cabin in the woods, with parking for up to three cars. Step inside and enjoy an open great room with a stone wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, and comfortable furnishings—perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain. The living area flows into the dining space and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to cook meals together or enjoy takeout from town.

There are three bedrooms thoughtfully arranged for comfort:

* Main floor Queen bedroom
* Upper-level King suite with a private balcony, perfect for enjoying morning coffee and mountain air
* Upper-level Queen bedroom

Outside, step onto the deck and unwind in the fresh mountain air—or slip into the classic wood sauna—while listening to the soothing sounds of the Blue Ridge Mountains, a guest-favorite highlight of the home. After a day of adventure, the sauna offers the perfect place to soak in the heat and relax. Its custom-built design features a charming entry space that creates a natural transition from the outdoors into a warm, tranquil retreat.

3 Tollers on a Boulder offers modern comforts, including Wi-Fi, central heating, mini-split air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. Two pets are welcome with your reservation, and additional pet fees apply. (And in case you were wondering—“Tollers” refers to the adorable Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, the charming dog breed that inspired the cabin's name!)

There are 3 exterior cameras for extra security at each entry point: the garage door, above the front door, and the upper back deck porch entry.
