Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please clean the grill. There is a $150 penalty for not doing so.
Please pick up all pet feces and mess outsdie or you will be charged $150 pentalty
Checkout is 10am sharp. We will assess a $35 late checkout fee plus $20 for every 15 mins after 10am, no exceptions.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Understandable it is a rental property and things are going to get worn down. Its time for this place to get fixed. It could be a really top notch little place. Example weeds overgrown, holes in drywall, shaky dinner table, stains in furniture, carpet. No control over furnace? Linens and Kitchen were clean It was doable for us. We made It work and slept well. We mostly just needed a place to rest and we were out the rest of the time. Great location next to Old Town Springs and Manitou great home base for everything.
