Main Living Area: Spacious living room with high ceilings and a cozy indoor gas fireplace. Open-plan design connecting the living room to the kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Special amenities include a bread maker for fresh-baked goods. Private outdoor patio with a gas grill for barbecues.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 8-9): Downstairs Master Bedroom: Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Upstairs Queen Bedroom: Comfortable room with a queen bed. Upstairs Bunk Room: One double bed and one twin bunk bed, perfect for kids. Upstairs Loft: Open area with a futon (sleeps 2 children or 1 small adult), plus a selection of books and board games.
Convenience: Dedicated laundry room with a washer, dryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. Laundry pods are provided. Guests will enjoy complete and private access to the entire townhome.
Private Access Includes: The entire interior of the townhome. A private 2-car garage for secure parking. Off-street parking space suitable for a trailer. Seamless self-check-in with a keyless entry system. Your unique code will be provided 2-3 days prior to your arrival.
Shared Community Amenities: Swimming Pool (seasonal access). Hot Tub (year-round access with specific hours). Basketball Court. Children's Play Area. We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. As local residents of nearly 30 years, we are available by phone or message if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, but we will not be present at the property otherwise.

I first came to Moab in 1997 as a river guide. Currently, I am the county’s first and only full time school nurse. I have served my community as a nurse for the last 15 years.
I enjoy running rivers, camping, hiking the desert with my black lab, and exploring the area on my motorcycle.

Although this is a new listing, but I’m not new to hosting. The unit has been in the rental pool through Evolve Vacation Rentals for 5 years. I have been the local contact but have opted to self manage the property.
