Cocomo Condo is a bright, peaceful 2-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront condo in Cocoa Beach. Located on a private stretch of sand away from crowded public beaches. Enjoy ocean views, direct beach access, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, fast WiFi, with comfortable space for families or couples. Enjoy nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and local attractions, or relax on the balcony and unwind to the sound of the waves in this quiet, residential oceanfront escape.



The space
Enjoy unobstructed ocean and beach views from your 2nd floor balcony in a small, 6 unit complex situated in a quiet, private setting on the southern end of beautiful Cocoa Beach. You are minutes from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area but light years away in terms of peace and quiet & in a perfect spot to watch rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center. Orlando International Airport is one hour away and it is an easy drive to Disney World (1 hour) and other Central Florida Attractions.


Watch the sunrise over the ocean from the bed in the master bedroom with a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a triple bunk bed. The bottom bunk can be for an adult, but upper bunks are only recommended for children weighing under 125lbs. Please note there is low head clearance.


Both bedrooms have TV's with cable. Full kitchen. 2 full bathrooms. Large sectional sofa with recliners in the living room. The balcony faces the ocean and spans from the living room to the master bedroom. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit.
Our condo comfortably fits 4-5 adults, and can fit up to 7 if they are children (with the triple bunk bed) Adults can not sleep on the bunk beds. (bottom bunk only)



Guest access
Guests have the entire unit, which is private with its own entrance. This is a second floor unit so many steps are required, no elevator or ramp available.



Other things to note
This is a family friendly area. The unit is generally quiet and the beach is semi-private. This is not an area for spring breakers.


Our condo comfortably fits 4-5 adults, and can fit up to 7 if they are children (with the triple bunk bed) Adults can not sleep on the bunk beds. (bottom bunk only)


PLEASE NOTE: There is a triple bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom. The bottom bunk can be used for an adult, the upper bunks should only be used for children 125lbs or less, also note that there is very low head clearance for these beds. Children should be supervised at all times. We are not responsible for children injured because they were left unsupervised.


We provide hand soap, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper (a few rolls per stay) laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent.
