We had a wonderful stay! Cherie was an EXCELLENT host: she was very fast and thorough with responses to questions that I had prior to the trip, the house was full of amenities for the whole family, she checked in just to make sure that we had everything that we needed, and overall I was very impressed with every aspect of this VRBO. I would book again in a heartbeat.

A very nice place to visit right in the heart of the Volcano region. Everything we could have wanted was provided. An easy 7min drive to the entrance of Volcano National Park. Wonderful info left regarding local activities. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

The property was very comfortable, with excellent beds, a great kitchen and good living area for gathering. Cheree was an excellent host. The location is superb, close to Volcano National Park, and a short drive from Hilo. I would highly recommend this property for travelers interested in the park and nature.

We had an amazing stay, the house was perfect for our family of 5. It is so close to the National Park that we were able to head over after dinner the night we arrived to see the active volcano, such an unforgettable experience! We enjoyed exploring the park and cooking meals in the kitchen so we could relax together.

This was a great place to stay, the only thing I would have them improve on would be a thicker mattress for the futon bed. Otherwise, it was excellent.

This is a wonderful home near Volcano National Park. The decor is welcoming and there were so many thoughtful touches to help our stay such as fun cloth slippers, flashlights & masks for night viewing at the volcano & to protect against ash/tephra. Also swim towels and a well organized notebook showing how to work everything as well as check-in/check-out info. A travel book about the area was a terrific resource and we found lots of off-the-beaten-track things to see in the Hilo area from it. (It was also fun to read with lots of humor) Finally, Cheree is a great communicator. We had a problem with the Keurig coffee maker which she promptly solved and she was always available if we had questions. The photos accurately represent the property inside & out. We highly recommend this property!!
