Great house with lots of space and swimming pool. Great location near amenities, restaurants and Disney. Michel’s communication was excellent. Thank you we really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic villa, best location, amazing pool

The villa became our little sanctuary after busy park days. Lovely layout and modern decor. We spent the majority of villa time outside in the covered dining area or in the pool which is lovely and private, and south facing. Location is beyond perfect. This was our fifth time in Orlando and our closest to the parks. So many great restaurants 6 min drive away and we also loved the outdoor live music and drinks at Sunset Walk in an evening. The only reason I’ve given the overall rating as a 4 star are the beds. They are way too soft and the mattresses need changed out. Plus the bed frames are so noisy. But other than that, 100% would recommend.

Hollywood villa

Good villa in a quiet neighbourhood but close to the parks and Disney Springs. There is an Aldi 12 mins away and a Walmart 5 minutes away. Check in and out was seamless and the owner is a nice guy. Would definitely recomend to friends and family.

Great location for Disney

This property was in a great location for Disney parks and in a very nice neighbourhood. Many supermarkets were also in easy reach. Booking process and checkin were easy. Any queiries or issues I had were dealt with in a timely manner. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. Kitchen and lounge area were sufficient and we felt there was a lot of space around the home. The swimming pool and hot tub were used every day during our 3 week stay. Beds were creeky, we didn't feel the floors had been swept or mopped to a very clean standard when we arrived, but this was fine; we cleaned a little ourselves. Kitchen was well equiped for all our needs. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer worked fine. The games room was very hot in August; the equipment was all fine. The pool table has seen better days. Overall, a lovely property in a great location and looked after well by the host. definately a place I will be recommending, thanks.

Good but could be much better

Villa seemed good when arrived but started to notice areas which need updated. Patio furniture dated and need new seat cushions also pool beds need cushions lying on bare plastic not good. Area inside pool and hot tub where steps and seat are pool linings worn and bare concrete very rough and had to watch getting in and out of pool. Rules and regulations for villa bit much especially stating fines for certain things. Also asking for Holiday makers fill the pool and to launder the towels and bedding before leaving. I also had an issue regarding pool and hot tub where I had asked for pool heating to be put on because the hot tub had not been heating up when trying to use and also the water would drain out of hot tub when we tried to use it. I thought it was because the pool was set to switch off at 8 pm and it was after this time we wanted to use hot tub.However it was after heating was switch on we discovered there was a fault with hot tub and had been for first seven days of our holiday. It was fixed prompt and e mailed for refund but was refused with no explanation. Have tried to e mail two or three times but have not had reply. Wil not be booking again with this company

Perfect villa!!!

A beautiful villa that is very well kept, in a nice area that's close to the 192 with lots of restaurants and Walmart. Would definitely stay in this property again. Messages were quickly responded too . Pool and spa are perfect after a long day at the parks. Thank you!

Clean, Functional and Convenient

We stayed for 2 weeks as two families of four. The children aged between 5 and 9 loved the pool, which was clean and not too deep. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms comfortable after a full day in the parks (sofa is a little uncomfortable and not big enough for 8). The air con worked well in the main living space although had limited effect in the bedrooms - ceiling fans were adequate whilst we were there. We did not have access to the locked BBQ (didn’t realise we needed to arrange this when booking). The whole place was clean although some of the fixtures are getting a little dated e.g. kitchen cabinets. Access was simple via the digital lock and the villa was secure with a good and user friendly alarm system. The location is ideal - average 15-20mins to Disney parks and 35-40mins to Universal parks. Walmart within 5 mins and lots of restaurants within short driving distance. The community has a small park and a football goal too. If I could pick a couple of improvements they would be a welcome pack and removable duvet covers. We arrived late after a long journey - it would have been useful to have a welcome pack of some essential supplies similar to other villas we have stayed in (milk, bread etc.). Also, as we washed some linen whilst we were there, we would have also washed duvet covers but these were not removable. Overall, this villa was ideal for our needs and we would happily return.

Great villa

The villa is fabulous. It has everything we needed, and then more. 4 great bedrooms, super lounge with dining area and a second table in the kitchen. It sits in a lovely area, which is close to supermarkets & quality restaurants. Super swimming pool area, with a covered table & chairs which get used during the occasional rain showers. Nothing not to like!

Lovely villa

Really enjoyed our stay in this villa. The rooms were perfect for all the family and cleanliness in the villa was up to high standards. Interior was absolutely perfect. However the reason I have only given 4 stars is because I felt the patio furniture was outdated. The cushions were flat making the chairs uncomfortable. There are only 3 sunbeds, one of which is rusted and broken. It is impossible for a family of 8 to enjoy time together around the pool area when the weather is good. The weather was awful when we stayed so we didn't spend any time at the villa sunbathing but this would have been a problem if the weather had been nicer. The pool table was a bit lopsided and darts didn't work but we did not spend much time in this area so it wasn't a problem. Wouldn't hesitate to return if the patio furniture and sunbeds were changed.

They never fail to impress

We have stayed in Michael's villas previously and they never fail to impress and fulfil all our needs. The communication is always good. The villas are in well maintained condition and are situated in a good area (Formosa gardens blvd area). The pool and jacuzzi are brilliant and just what is needed on rest days from the busy parks. We have also recommended the villas to friends who have stayed and enjoyed them as well. This is always the first place I look when searching for accomodation in the Orlando / Kissimmee area. I could go on and on about each room, the decor and how well stocked the kitchen is but the best way to find out is to stay in one and enjoy it.

Very Nice!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were skeptical after reading one or two reviews but pleasantly surprised. The pool heater worked well and was worth the additional small fee. The house was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was as advertised in the photos. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing and serving meals and plenty of beach towels for the pool, and even extra blankets, were on hand. Our children enjoyed the play room and pool between visits to Disney and Busch Gardens. The house was within 15 minutes of Disney Magic Kingdom. Walmart was conveniently located around the corner for supplies. We appreciated the quiet and safe neighborhood. The ac system worked well even when it was 90 degrees this week. Management was extremely responsive about a leaky hose bib outside and super friendly. We will be booking another stay.

Perfect Disney rental

The house was exactly as pictured. The location was very convenient to get to and from Disney. The game room was fun and the pool was nice. Everything was very clean and the house had everything we needed. My only complaint would be the bed in the master bedroom was extremely noisy every time you moved even an inch, and the mattress wasn’t great, but for two nights it was just fine. Over all I wound recommend this rental.

Great Florida Trip - Disney/Universal/Beach Trip

We had a lovely stay at The Hollywood Villa rental house! We had 4 adults - parents & grandparents- kids 8,9,14,16 - they all loved the pool and game room. The TV was huge but we didn’t spend much time watching it as we were on the go a lot. Lots of towels 8 beach & doubles of everything else I think were available but they do ask you to keep up on washing them so I brought laundry pods with me and was glad I did. Washer & Dryer were so helpful with bathing suits and towels from the beach. We had a down day when we arrived and went to Showcase of Citrus - got the orange slushie twist in a cup.They had a safari which we didn’t do but would be fun.Went to Cocoa Beach the next day 1 1/2hrs. drive and found a family beach free parking - pavillion - took our lunch there and bathrooms. Small boardwalk out. Spent a few hrs. there - needed to apply sunscreen better so be careful.Did 2 parks the next day Animal Kingdom/Disney Hollywood Studios followed by….Universal - 2 parks w/Express Passes opened and closed this park was great.St. Pete Beach the following day - the GPS said 1 3/4 hrs. but with construction it took us 3 hrs. We had a lovely meal at the hurricane and several hours on the beach and watched the sunset and drove home in 1 3/4 hrs.Magic Kingdom - all day - don’t miss the fireworks show by the castle! Our last day we decided to stay put after our traffic issues and just stayed, enjoyed the pool and caught up on washing towels & dinner out!

Nice place in good location

This place was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the parks. The pool was clean and well cared for. The extra paid heating of the pool in December made it much more enjoyable. The hosts were very quick to respond via email to any and all communication. We look forward to our next visit here

Disappointed

This rental was a complete disappointment. It was nothing like it looked online and the only good thing I can honestly say about it was how close it was to the parks, other than that I would advise anyone who is looking at this to look else where. After spending the days outside at Disney in 90 degree weather we went home to this house to be equally uncomfortable here as the house can only be cooled to 73 degrees. We were all sweating every single night sleeping on the very uncomfortable cheap beds that every room had wile not being able to cool off as you can't control the air conditioning. I don't even think the air hits the bedrooms. My kids were miserable as were we. The rule books was insane, and to also ask guests to do all their laundry before they leave is insane. The inside of the house was very run down and and the appliances were awful. The stove is pretty much useless. We opted to rent the grill for an additional crazy fee (thinking we would get a decent grill) and like everything else in the house it was cheap and tiny and not worth the money. The pool was really run down and and the pool furniture was awful and damaged. The game was was a selling point on renting this house and when we got there it was so hot in there that you couldn't even go in there with the kids to play- with that being said all the game room pieces are broken, damaged and run down. I wish I rented elsewhere. Plenty of other updated nice places that are better suited for renters.

Great stay

Excellent! Everything was perfect, especially the master 2 seater bath and separate toilet. Game room was a nice, added bonus. Love the flooring. It felt like a real home. But all of the beds were too creaky.

Why they chose this property

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

What makes this property unique

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
