The grounds are beautiful with walking access to pool, playground, and grill area. Nice space for taking a walk. The unit has plenty of good space for a family. It was remarkably quiet and easy to spread out. Kitchen has the basics for us to prepare meals. Is as pictured in terms of furnishings. Upon arrival, some of the furniture was dusty; carpet in stairwell is worn. We noticed our feet/socks appeared dirty when walking without shoes.
